Need for a Guru
Advanced concepts of Vaasi wellness meditation can only be learned in the presence of and with the guidance of a trained guru. Vaasi is an extremely rare yogic technique never before taught to people in the Grahastha Ashrama (i.e. householders, and the general public). Guru Sri Amudha Bharathi for the first time has opened the doors for men, women and children of all ages to learn this rare and ancient Vaasi meditation technique even if they have never practiced yoga before or attained any spiritual qualifications.

Vaasi is typically only taught to those with a long history of spiritual discipline and yogic practices. Guruji believes the world will be a better more peaceful place if more people practiced Vaasi meditation.
